Senior Real Estate Paralegal

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Hourly pay range: $50 -$70/ Hour DOE

About the Role

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join its Boston office on a hybrid schedule. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex real estate transactions, providing substantive support across due diligence, closings, and document management. You'll be a key part of a collaborative team environment where your expertise and independent judgment are valued.

What You'll Do
  • Support due diligence efforts for a variety of real estate transactions
  • Order, review, and analyze title commitments, recorded documents, and property surveys
  • Build, monitor, and maintain closing checklists to keep transactions on track
  • Draft and prepare transaction documents, coordinating execution and delivery with opposing counsel, lenders, government agencies, and other vendors
  • Organize and manage data rooms and matter files
  • Mentor junior paralegals and case assistants as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 6 years of paralegal experience specifically in real estate law
