Job Summary – Senior Real Estate Asset Manager
The Senior Real Estate Asset Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate assets held within Wealth & Investment Management fiduciary relationships. This role oversees asset performance, valuation, risk management, and regulatory compliance while acting in the best interests of clients and beneficiaries. The position requires expertise in real estate operations, lease negotiations, property transactions, asset valuations, and fiduciary administration.
The Senior Real Estate Asset Manager partners with attorneys, CPAs, business executives, clients, vendors, and internal Wells Fargo stakeholders to develop and execute asset management strategies. Responsibilities include evaluating and reporting on asset performance, coordinating appraisals, supervising property improvements and renovations, conducting site inspections, and supporting the acquisition or disposition of real estate assets. The role also ensures adherence to banking regulations, fiduciary standards, and company investment policies while providing recommendations to committees, clients, and other stakeholders.
Success in this position requires strong analytical and valuation skills, knowledge of real estate markets and fiduciary asset management, sound risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management.
In this role, you will:
Manage a portfolio of real estate assets within fiduciary relationships.
Conduct asset reviews, valuations, and performance reporting.
Oversee property acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, renovations, and appraisals.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, fiduciary standards, and investment policies.
Assess and mitigate portfolio risks.
Collaborate with clients, legal counsel, CPAs, vendors, and internal partners on asset-related decisions.
Present recommendations and asset strategies to committees, clients, and other stakeholders.
Support wealth management objectives by maximizing asset value while meeting fiduciary obligations.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Fiduciary Specialty Asset Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with wealth management and asset management
Advanced commercial real estate industry experience
Strong computer modeling skills including robust Excel and Argus capabilities
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
Certified Property Manager (CPM)
Experience in real estate asset management, property management, commercial real estate, trust real estate, or fiduciary asset management
Strong understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and market analysis
Knowledge of regulatory and fiduciary requirements within financial services
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple complex assets and transactions simultaneously
Ability to quickly learn and develop advanced level use of software systems utilized by Trust and Real Estate Asset Management Services

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
