Job DescriptionReporting to the Project Manager, this role will serve as a senior technical authority and specialist advisor supporting the delivery of Light Rail Transit Projects.
The position is focused on testing & commissioning (T&C), systems integration, and operational readiness of mission-critical rail communications and control systems. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring end-to-end system functionality, supporting transition from lab environments to live operations.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide senior technical leadership and oversight for Testing & Commissioning activities
- Support end-to-end system integration and readiness across field and head-end systems
- Conduct device-level integration and readiness assessments (CCTV, SCADA, communications)
- Support cutover activities including network transitions, upgrades, and migrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
- Conduct cybersecurity vulnerability assessments on systems
- Review test procedures, reports, and commissioning documentation
- Provide reporting on system readiness and integration progress
- Interface with client, PMO, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support audit, compliance, and documentation activities
QualificationsYour Capabilities and Credentials- Expertise in rail communications systems (SCADA, CCTV, networking)
- Experience with testing & commissioning and systems integration
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and OT environments
- Experience with cutover and live system transitions
- Familiarity with industry standards (CENELEC, IEC, etc.)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in major rail/transit infrastructure projects
- Strong background in T&C and systems integration
