Full Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Rad Hard Testing Analyst to support nuclear modernization efforts across Amentum's Department of War programs.

As a Senior Rad Hard Testing Analyst, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on microelectronics testing infrastructure and assessing test capability gaps. This individual will use their expertise in fostering collaboration among stakeholders, working with the radiation hardening test community and test facilities to capture, analyze, and forecast neutron testing demand.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate microelectronics radiation test execution
  • Provide technical guidance on neutron single-event upsets
  • Support development of radiation test plans and report reviews
  • Participate in radiation test events
  • Develop white papers, guidance documents, test methods, and neutron survivability standards
  • Interface with multiple Government programs and test facilities to understand and report on the neutron test requirements and demand


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least twenty (20) years of job-related experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Extensive experience in neutron testing, requirements development, and results analysis
  • Strategic planning expertise across multiple programs and organizations
  • Experience developing technical white papers and handbooks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of team members
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance


Compensation Details:
$100 - $150/per hour
