The Role:

Our site inColorado Springs, COis seeking aSeniorQuality Engineerto join our Quality team. In this role,yousupport the development and execution ofprocessesto ensure products and processes meet established standards. This roleapplies engineering fundamentalsto perform data analysis, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions. Working crossfunctionally, the Quality Engineer contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, enhances process capability, and helpsmaintaincompliance with internal procedures and industry requirements.Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs, as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.

WhatYoullDo:

  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.

  • Operate with high autonomy,determiningtechnical approaches and executing work aligned with PACE values

What We Seek:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with aBachelordegree;or 3 years and aMasterdegree;or equivalent work experience.

  • Six Sigma Black Belt preferred

  • Demonstrated success with customer interface and the ability to transfer technical information.

  • Enhancerelationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter oftenrequiringpersuasion. Adapts style to differing audiences and oftenadvisesothers on difficult matters.

  • Experienceconsistently improving processes andapplyingquality tools and concepts consistently required for these improvements.

  • Complete knowledge and full understanding ofareaof specialization,principlesand practices within a professional discipline. Assesses unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical andproblem-solvingtechniques toidentifycauses. Resolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach. This job is fully qualified,experiencedprofessional, journey-level position.

  • Highdiscretionregardingleading activities leads to a higher impact on tasks and project outcomes.

  • Experienced with Microsoft applications (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Proficiencyin statistical software such as Minitab or JMP. Experience withcamLine,EtQ,and/or SAP is preferred.

  • Knowledgeable orexperiencewith Optical Comparator, CMM Measurement equipment, automated vision systems, calipers, gage blocks, mechanical test equipment.
