Job Description

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for leading and implementing Six Sigma methodologies and deployment of quality Core Tools. Enhance product quality and drive operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in quality management, process improvement, and Six Sigma principles.

How You Will Do It
  • Lead Six Sigma Projects: Manage and execute Six Sigma projects aimed at improving core processes and reducing defects.
  • Core Tools Implementation: Lead the implementation and management of quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) across the manufacturing organization.
  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to team members on Six Sigma methodologies and application of quality core tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, improvements, quality processes, procedures and project outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.


Qualifications

What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Six Sigma certification (Black Belt) is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality management, process improvement, Six Sigma projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
