Full Job Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager is a strategic leader responsible for building and scaling a high-performing Quality function that ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and superior customer outcomes. This role drives quality planning, assurance, control, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Nashville facility, embedding best-in-class processes, governance, and accountability throughout the operation.

This is an onsite role in our Mt Juliet TN facility.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Lead the Quality Function: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing quality team, establishing clear roles, performance standards, and scalable workflows to meet evolving business needs
  • Own the QMS: Design, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring robust standards, processes, and controls are in place and consistently followed
  • Drive Cross-Functional Quality Excellence: Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to identify critical customer-facing processes and deploy quality assurance strategies that ensure SLA achievement and product integrity
  • Ensure Compliance & Standards Alignment: Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and company quality standards; lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement efforts
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Embed Lean/Six Sigma methodologies across the operation to drive defect reduction, efficiency gains, and measurable performance improvements
  • Lead Audits & Certifications: Partner with Compliance to support RIOS, R2, and emerging standards; serve as site lead for IMS and DPR initiatives
  • Turn Data into Action: Analyze quality metrics, trends, and monitoring results to inform business decisions, optimize production capabilities, and drive operational improvements
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, data-driven reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews, including actionable recommendations and progress tracking
  • Own Quality Analytics & Documentation: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all quality records, reporting, and analysis
  • Resolve Quality Issues: Proactively identify risks, lead root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously evolve quality practices to maintain a best-in-class quality organization

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within operations, manufacturing, or distribution environments
  • 3+ years of QMS design, set up, and ownership
  • 3+ years managing audits and R2/RIOS/ISO Compliance
  • 3+ years managing CAPA processes

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent)
  • ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar credential
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and/or operational processes
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence across all organizational levels
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and drive alignment

Pay Range:

$88,000.00 - $147,000.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
