Senior Quality Engineering (QE) Manager to lead QE strategy and execution across EPM (TM1) suite of applications, with responsibility for validating financial workflows, data loads, rule-based calculations, websheets, reporting, automation and CI/CD quality controls. This role requires a strong leader who combines
strategic thinking with hands-on testing expertise. You will lead a high-performing QE team responsible for
validating complex business workflows, financial calculations, data integrations and reporting processes while driving modernization through automation,
AI-assisted testing and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate
brings strong leadership capabilities, deep testing experience in enterprise applications and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to
improve quality, speed and delivery confidence.
What will you do?- Define and lead the end-to-end QE strategy across the application lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities, delivery milestones and risk.
- Provide leadership across functional, regression, integration, performance and non-functional testing activities.
- Lead hands-on validation of TM1 application workflows including data loads, calculations, rules processing, websheets and downstream reporting.
- Partner with Product, Development, Business Analysts and Operations teams to ensure complete test coverage and release readiness.
- Build and mentor a high-performing QE team by strengthening technical capability, accountability and delivery excellence.
- Drive QE transformation through automation, standardization, reusable frameworks and process optimization.
- Champion AI-enabled testing practices including intelligent test selection, test optimization, defect prediction and quality analytics.
- Drive CI/CD quality gates and improve release confidence using DevOps practices and automated validation.
- Establish quality metrics, reporting, governance and risk visibility for senior stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving efficiency, reducing cycle time and enhancing product quality.
What do you need to succeed?Must-have:- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Testing and Test Automation.
- 5+ years of people leadership / QE management experience.
- Experience with TM1 / Planning Analytics / financial planning platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience testing enterprise financial or data-intensive applications.
- Experience with end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution and defect management.
- Experience validating complex business rules, financial calculations and data reconciliation.
- Experience with QE and DevOps tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, ALM or similar platforms.
- Exposure to test automation tools such as Python, Robot Framework or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead distributed onshore/offshore teams.
Nice-to-have:- Experience in banking, finance or risk domains.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-driven testing tools.
- Experience leading QE modernization or transformation initiatives.
- Working knowledge of SQL and backend testing.
