  • Ensure QA/QC quality records (inspection reports, test records, NCRs, corrective actions) are captured, indexed, and retrievable in compliance with applicable standards (ISO 9001, project QMS)
  • Lead the compilation and assembly of mechanical completion and turnover dossiers, working closely with construction, commissioning, and QA/QC teams
  • Supervise and mentor the Junior Document Control Specialist and site administrative staff; conduct workload planning and quality checks
  • Liaise with engineering, procurement, construction, and Owner representatives on document status, holds, and outstanding deliverables
  • Generate document control progress reports, KPIs, and backlog/aging analyses for project leadership
  • Conduct audits of contractor and vendor document submittals for compliance with project requirements
  • Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and closeout documentation activities through final as-built and handover package delivery

Experience/Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree plus equivalent experience accepted
