Job Description:
Summary:
The senior provider compensation analyst is expected to promote sound compensation and financial decision making within their assigned areas. Works closely with other strategically related areas within Ballad Health Medical Associates including Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Recruitment. In addition, the Senior Provider Compensation Analyst may assume the following responsibilities depending on his/her assignments: uses knowledge of benchmark data to develop and analyze provider compensation in regard to benchmarking and potential financial impact. Works with Director of Contracting to make recommendations related to provider compensation changes and design. Works with leaders to ensure timely completion of provider contracts and completion of necessary onboarding. Assists in tracking contract renewal dates and coordinating analysis of provider information to submit for approval. Responsible for assembling provider contracts and coordinating the approval process. Works with the finance and accounting teams to ensure provider payments are completed accurately and timely based on the contract. Demonstrates a commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar field required. Minimum of three years' experience working in a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
