Full Job Description
CLA is currently seeking a Property Tax Senior to join our State & Local Tax (SALT) practice.
How you'll create opportunities in this Property Tax Senior role:
• Review fixed asset detail documents submitted by clients required for property tax renditions
• Work with client and property tax team to resolve identified data issues
• Receive training on Avalara software
• Utilize Avalara to prepare and review property tax renditions
• Work with clients from multiple industries, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail & Healthcare
• Complete tax-related research and special projects as needed
• Review and resolve property tax notices received from Assessors
• Identify discrepancies where filing an appeal may be required
• Develop and train team associates and interns to help them build inspired careers
• Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results
What you will need:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 2+ years' of relevant experience required
• Experience in business consulting or services preferred
• CPA eligible preferred

The compensation range for this position in California is: $84,400.00 - $143,000.00
The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $71,800.00 - $124,000.00
