What You'll Be DoingProperty Operations & Guest Experience- Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple short-term rental properties
- Manage calendars, bookings, and guest communication with a hospitality-first mindset
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers seamlessly
- Ensure consistently high ratings and memorable guest experiences
Revenue & Performance Optimization- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance
- Continuously optimize listings and operational workflows for peak performance
Systems & Automation- Leverage Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline operations
- Automate guest communication and internal processes
- Maintain accurate and real-time operational data
Compliance & Quality Assurance- Ensure adherence to local and international short-term rental regulations
- Apply industry best practices to minimize risk and enhance efficiency
- Maintain consistency, quality, and brand standards across all properties
Who You AreRequired Experience- Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties
- Strong expertise in pricing strategies, booking flows, and guest management
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with PMS platforms and automation tools
- Knowledge of European rental regulations (especially Spain)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
