Full Job Description
Start Date: August 1, 2025 to August 1, 2026

Term: 12 Months

Extension option(s): 12 Months

Hybrid (once in 2-3 months on site downtown Toronto)

Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive training plan development & maintenance including content, delivery methods and evaluation strategies.
  • Coordinate training efforts with training team, trainers, SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Support Program director in workstream level change request/order process as required.
  • Manage training schedules ensuring they align with project timelines and employee availability.
  • Monitor and support delivery of training programs to ensure they are conducted effectively.
  • Offer assistance and resources to trainers and participants during training sessions.
  • Support training team to evaluate & improve training experience.
  • Work with training team to generate comprehensive reports on training activities, outcomes and recommendations for future training initiatives.
  • Define and manage workstream PM's tasks for training and change management workstreams.
  • Lead comprehensive change plan development & maintenance.
  • Proactively identify potential risks associated with the change initiative and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Work with stakeholders and project leadership to address and resolve issues that arise during the change process.
  • Ensure all project documentation including change management plans and communication materials is complete and accurate.
  • Work with change leads to conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the change management initiatives.
  • Accountable to Program Director for execution of Program Stream plan and deliverables in accordance to Program priorities and in adherence with WSIB governance.
  • Accountable to Program PM for EPMO deliverables and managing cross team dependencies.
  • Accountable to Program PM for managing workstream level schedule & resource dependencies to deliver against overall schedule.
  • Accountable to Training & ECM sponsors/leads for managing execution of change & training plan and deliverables in accordance to Program priorities and in adherence with WSIB governance.
  • Promoting and ensuring discipline and rigor in workstream level delivery by supporting core project management areas (e.g., issue/risk management, reporting and change control management).
