The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of assigned project's scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client relationships from contract execution through closeout.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Overall project budget, forecasting, and financial performance (cost/profit management)
- Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract negotiation
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule in coordination with the Superintendent
- Serve as primary point of contact for owners, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies
- Manage the change order process, including scope evaluation, pricing, and negotiation
- Oversee permitting, bonding, and compliance with local jurisdiction requirements
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress and financial reporting to leadership and clients
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld across the project
- Manage project closeout, final billing, and warranty processes
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
QUALIFICATIONS - 15+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on site development or civil/heavy civil work
- Proven track record managing project budgets, typically $5M+
- Strong knowledge of, risk management, and construction means/methods
- Advanced proficiency with Procore, scheduling software (P6/MS Project), and financial reporting tools
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required
SALARY $150,000 to $185,000
