Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in civil, transportation or environmental engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in transportation or project management.
• PE License in California is mandatory.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong background in road and highway design.
• Familiarity with local City and County agency standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage various highway-related projects from start to finish.
• Maintain project schedules and oversee project financials, including profit/loss management.
• Coordinate internal project teams, directing and reviewing their work.
• Oversee design computations and develop construction documents as required.
• Manage invoicing/billing and project scope, including securing change orders.
• Collaborate with senior staff and other practice groups for project execution.
• Serve as EXP's representative for clients and subcontractors during project execution.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for project pursuits.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
