The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Senior Project Manager, Transformation to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for helping translate program direction into actionable project plans, managing day-to-day project coordination, tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, and ensuring workstreams stay organized, aligned, and moving. Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95,900 - $129,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives from planning through closeout, ensuring successful delivery across all phases
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets across multiple workstreams
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, drive decision-making, and achieve strategic business outcomes
  • Govern scope, timelines, and financial impacts through structured change control processes
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, including status updates, dashboards, and governance materials, while tracking KPIs and outcomes
  • Integrate change management, communications, training, and readiness activities into project execution plans and post-implementation transitions
  • Promote delivery excellence by standardizing documentation, guiding junior project managers, and reinforcing accountability and continuous improvement


More about you
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, technology, human resources, finance, or related field required; MBA or master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management, project coordination, or transformation delivery experience required, with experience managing project plans, RAID logs, action items, milestones, and status reporting
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, business process improvement, ERP, human resources, finance, operations, or technology-enabled initiatives preferred
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, and proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar programs
  • Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, hybrid delivery, stage gates, and project governance
  • Understanding of change management, stakeholder impacts, communications, training, and business readiness
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred
  • Experience in a Transformation Office, EPMO, PMO, or Strategy Execution function preferred
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, HR transformation, finance transformation, shared services, process optimization, or operating model change preferred
