At Persimmon, senior-level PMs are responsible to lead our most complex efforts, typically enterprise-wide programs or initiatives impacting many stakeholders, functions, and processes.
QualificationsHere is what we look for in an ideal candidate; however, be aware that you could be an excellent candidate without meeting all of these criteria.
- 7-10+ years overall Project Management experience
- 3+ years leading complex, enterprise-wide projects or programs
- Experience working with or as a Business Analyst to gather requirements, capture current state/future state business processes, etc.
- Ability to manage complex schedules in Microsoft Project, track budget performance, and develop forecasts
- Ability to simplify and streamline schedule, budget, and status information to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage mixed teams of customer, vendor, and partner stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience developing or contributing to the development of a thorough RFP package
