Summary Description:

The Senior Project Manager leads complex business and technology initiatives that support Refresco's strategic objectives. This role is accountable for successful project delivery through effective planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and execution oversight. Working closely with business sponsors, IT Business Partners, Organizational Change Management (OCM), technology teams, and external partners, the Senior Project Manager ensures projects are delivered in alignment with Refresco's Project Delivery Ways of Working while establishing the foundation for business value realization.

Essential Functions:

• Lead projects through all phases of Refresco's Project Delivery Ways of Working.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, status reporting, governance artifacts, and delivery forecasts.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests.
• Coordinate and manage the delivery commitment of vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, milestone reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive accountability across project teams, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Partner with IT Business Partners during intake, initiation, and delivery.
• Partner with OCM to assess stakeholder impacts and support readiness, communications, training, and adoption activities.
• Maintain visibility into project performance and proactively communicate significant budget variances, delivery risks, and resource constraints to project sponsors and leadership.
• Define project success criteria, expected benefits, business outcome measures, and exit criteria.
• Establish the framework and ownership required to support post-implementation value realization.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proven success leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and PMO practices.
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, risk management, issue management, and change control.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving that focuses on finding solutions.
• Experience working with IT Business Partners, OCM, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Adaptable to change.
• PMP certification.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-8 years of project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise technology or business transformation projects.
• PMP certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project or program management experience.

Working Conditions:

• Work Location - Primarily remote position, with periodic travel to Refresco offices and project locations as needed.
• Physical Demands- Continuously sitting for prolonged periods, as the job is administrative in nature.
• Visual/Sensory - This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.
• Mental Stress - There is pronounced pressure from deadlines, project management, accuracy or similar demands.

Travel Requirements:

• Home based though may be required to travel up to 15% - 20% of the time based on business needs and on short notice.
• Must comply and acknowledge the "Refresco Home-based Job Requirements" policy reviewed during new hire's onboarding.
• This position requires travel for on-site on-boarding at the onset of employment, for a period of 2 weeks, possibly longer.

• Achievement of project objectives and business outcomes.
• Delivery of committed scope and schedule targets.
• Strong collaborative partnership with sponsors, executive level Steering Committees, IT Business Partners, OCM, project teams, and vendors.
