Job Description:
The Studio [redacted] Interactive is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams through the project lifecycle from concept through delivery, balancing business objectives, functional requirements, user needs, and internal goals.
What You'll Do
• Lead day-to-day project management across large, complex, multidisciplinary digital projects from concept through delivery.
• Build and actively manage project plans with a focus on scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure the right team members are engaged at the right time to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across strategy, design, development, and client teams.
• Maintain clear, transparent, and proactive communication with both internal teams and clients.
• Foster strong working relationships and guide teams through challenges with clarity and calm.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and dependencies with meticulous detail, proactively identifying risks and driving timely resolution.
• Oversee scope management and change control, partnering with discipline leads to assess impact and maintain alignment on approved work.
• Facilitate regular project ceremonies and working sessions, keeping teams aligned and focused on outcomes.
• Maintain clear and consistent project documentation (status reports, decision logs, meeting notes) that keep all stakeholders informed.
• Contribute to continuously improving PM practices and ways of working within the project and broader team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positivity across cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging processes, driving operational excellence, and helping teams deliver their best work.
• Champion great ideas from the jump through collaboration with creative, strategy, and technology to shape work that's compelling, on-brand, and worth talking about.
• Stay ahead of what's changing in technology, emerging channels, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Contribute to new biz efforts by coordinating proactive pursuits & RFP responses.
What You'll Bring
• 58 years of project management experience delivering complex digital projects in an agency or studio setting.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing enterprise-level client relationships.
• Ability to code switch between designers, technical teams, studio leadership, and client partners to ensure alignment .
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges before they impact delivery.
• Clear, confident communication skills.
• Comfort working independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence leading client conversations and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Curiosity about trends and innovation across technical and creative disciplines.
• Humility and empathy when leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
• A bias toward action and a collaborative spirit.
• The ability to move fast and adjust priorities on the fly to keep momentum going while staying organized and accountable.
• Familiarity with project management and design tools such as Jira, Figma, Smartsheet, MS Planner, Asana, or similar platforms.

Salary Range $122,400-$165,600 a year
