Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within the specified timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and successful completion

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are being met

- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets

- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

- Mentor and supervise project team members, providing guidance and support as needed

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes of practice
