Full Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager Resource Optimization for Global Travel Operations, you will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives focused on project management, operational efficiency, workforce management and implementation of technology to improve staffing flexibility, associate satisfaction, and occupancy. Your role will involve leveraging insights from long-term and short-term forecasting models, telephony results, industry standards, and associate feedback to enhance overall business performance.

Way of working: This is a US remote based position. Candidates must currently reside in select U.S. states where we are authorized to hire and be legally eligible to work in the US. Current or future sponsorship is not available.

Authorized States: Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, South Carolina, Philadelphia Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

What you will do

  • Process Improvement Management: Lead initiatives to streamline operations, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to optimize business processes and resource utilization.
  • Associate Experience Enhancement: Develop and manage projects aimed at improving associate satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment and timely completion of projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project communications, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Lead a team of analysts and business optimization associates
  • Manage across teams with different areas within Operations
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security, and ethical use.


What you will bring

Internally qualified candidates will receive first consideration
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of project management-related experience, preferably with a focus on process improvement, call center operational efficiency, and emphasis on work force management
  • Minimum 4 years of resource optimization subject matter expertise across geographically diverse locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and track complex project plans and budgets.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed global environment
  • Ability to adjust working schedule to accommodate time zone differences outside of normal business hours
  • Fluent English


Preferred Qualifications

Project management certification (e.g., PMP)

What we offer

Annualized base pay range is $97,740 - $143,352 USD.

Actual base pay may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. Employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses, merit increases, and other incentives based on individual and company performance. The availability and amount of these additional compensation elements are determined by company policy and may vary.
