Full Job Description
Senior Project Manager, Reporting - Planning & Controls is an experienced individual contributor responsible for producing accurate, reconciled, and decision-grade capital reporting across the development lifecycle.

This role operates at the center of Planning & Controls, partnering across integrated business planning, project controls, and cross-functional teams to ensure reporting is consistent across systems, traceable to source data, and trusted by leadership.

This role brings deep expertise, independent judgment, and cross-functional influence, ensuring that data is correctly interpreted and reporting reflects the true drivers of cost, schedule, and risk performance.

This role does not own data governance but plays a critical role in applying standards, identifying gaps, and driving higher quality reporting outcomes across the organization.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and deliver standardized capital reporting across Planning & Controls, translating business needs into structured, enterprise-aligned outputs that reflect true performance drivers and operational realities.
  • Build strong subject matter knowledge of key capital data elements and relationships across systems and reporting layers.
  • Apply enterprise data definitions, business rules, naming conventions, and reporting structures consistently to support comparability across projects, regions, and functions.
  • Perform cross-system reconciliation across platforms such as ACC, Ebuilder, Oracle, Workday, and reporting tools, and investigate discrepancies, timing differences, and gaps between source systems and reporting outputs.
  • Ensure reporting is traceable to source systems, explainable in reviews, and defensible for leadership and audit purposes.
  • Partner closely with Project Controls, Development, Predevelopment, Finance, Investments, and data teams to align inputs, business rules, and reporting logic.
  • Escalate data conflicts, quality risks, and capacity constraints, and recommend mitigation actions, prioritization, and sequencing to protect reporting integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual reconciliation, improve data flow alignment, and enhance reporting clarity and usability.
  • Provide actionable feedback to data governance and systems teams to improve reporting quality and advance more automated, scalable outputs.
  • Publish and maintain clear process documentation and workflow guides, and drive training, change communications, and adoption of standards and new ways of working across the organization.
  • Define and track data quality KPIs and OKRs, communicate status in leadership reviews, and use reporting trends, testing defects, retrospectives, and benchmarking to prioritize root-cause fixes and pilot enhancements.

What You Will Need to Be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in commissioning, construction analytics, platform administration, or development operations.
  • 5 or more years professional Experience with commissioning platforms such as CxAlloy or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle workflows, commissioning documentation, FAT/PFT/FPT processes, and turnover requirements.
  • Experience using Oracle ERP, ACC, Palantir, or similar platforms for execution reporting and lifecycle data visibility.

Other Key Skills:
  • Experience supporting capital-intensive, construction, real estate development, or infrastructure environments.
  • Working knowledge of platforms such as Palantir, Oracle, Workday, SAP, ACC, or E-Builder.
  • Professional certifications in data visualization, analytics, accounting, finance, or project controls.
