Senior Project Manager - Real Estate

Locations: Alpharetta, GA | Lexington, KY | Pittsburgh, PA

The Role: Where Strategy Meets Execution

You won't just manage projects-you'll own outcomes.

In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with internal customers, leadership, and external stakeholders to deliver a portfolio of projects across multiple sites and disciplines. From early ideation through design, construction, and closeout, you will play a critical role in shaping scope, driving decisions, and ensuring successful delivery.

You'll work across structural, mechanical, electrical, and operational environments-bringing clarity to complexity and ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned to business priorities.
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Lead a portfolio of projects (often concurrently) ranging from facility upgrades to new construction builds (up to ~$3M+)
  • Own the full project lifecycle-from initial concept and feasibility through execution and closeout
  • Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, and forecasts with a strong focus on cost and timeline discipline
  • Drive decision-making during design and construction phases, influencing outcomes that impact long-term operations and customer experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal clients, presenting recommendations, facilitating alignment, and guiding go/no-go decisions
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and logistics
  • Lead RFP processes and vendor selection, ensuring the right partners are engaged and onboarded effectively
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards and governance, while bringing structure and clarity to complex workstreams
  • Represent Siemens Mobility in external settings, including interactions with contractors, agencies, and regulatory stakeholders
What Makes You a Strong Fit

We're looking for a true project leader-someone who thrives in complexity and knows how to balance competing priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.

You bring:

  • Experience with complex, high-value construction projects, including brownfield and new builds
  • Strong working knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
  • Confidence leading client-facing discussions, presentations, and executive updates (including multi-jurisdiction agencies)
  • Experience influencing design decisions and identifying risks early
  • Proficiency with tools such as Primavera, Procore, MS Office
  • A Bachelor's degree (Project Management or related field preferred)

What sets you apart:
  • Experience within property project management firms or owner's rep environments
  • Exposure to diverse industries and facility types
  • A strategic mindset-you think beyond execution to long-term impact
Why This Role Stands Out
  • Portfolio ownership: Lead multiple impactful projects-not just one
  • Strategic influence: Shape decisions that impact operations, cost, and customer experience
  • Cross-functional exposure: Work across engineering, operations, and leadership teams
  • Visible impact: Your work directly enables Siemens Mobility's growth and transformation
  • Growth potential: Partner with a global leader that invests in your development
