Job Description:- This is a temporary position running from August 10 through the end of the year.
- There is a possibility of converting to a full-time role; however, conversion is not guaranteed.
- W-2 only; candidates must be located in the US.
- PST working hours are preferred, or candidates must be flexible enough to work during PST business hours.
- Candidates must have an advertising agency background, with experience across digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
As an integral part of the project management team the Senior Project Manager (SPM) is a leader on the Project Management team, responsible for maintaining cross-capability relationships, team management and development of PM resources in PM and Operational best practices. The position leads the execution of mid and high-level complexity projects, as well as participates in new business pitches. The SPM ensures all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices.
Key Accountabilities - Serve as the primary owner of projects from intake through final delivery, managing timelines, scope, resources, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Partner directly with clients' stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to lead project planning, facilitate communication, and ensure successful execution of marketing and creative initiatives.
- Drive projects across a variety of channels, including digital, email, web, paid media, social, experiential events, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, production, account, and resource management teams to assess project requirements, allocate resources, and maintain delivery against aggressive deadlines.
- Utilize project management tools and best practices to monitor project health, track progress, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in advertising or agency setting

The hourly pay range for this position is $45.61 - $60.82. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
