As a Senior Project Manager, Process Engineering (Water Treatment), you will provide technical leadership and project delivery excellence while guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex municipal and industrial water treatment assignments.

Your Impact
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment projects from concept through commissioning.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve technical excellence, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
  • Drive process engineering solutions that improve treatment performance, reliability, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor throughout project lifecycles.
  • Mentor and develop engineers and technical professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support business growth through proposal development, client engagement, and identification of new opportunities.
  • Manage project risks, resources, contracts, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) eligibility to practice within the applicable province.
  • Extensive experience delivering municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary engineering projects with significant budgets and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong expertise in treatment process design, optimization, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships, negotiate project scope, and support business development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team development capabilities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites and participate in field reviews as required while maintaining a strong commitment to health and safety.


Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $162,200 - $212,200
MB & ON: $148,000 - $198,000
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $146,500 - $194,600
