The Role

Summary of Position: The Client Engagement Services (CES) Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering technology projects on time and on budget. The Project Manager will focus on delivery excellence by demonstrating leadership, strong client and team trust, solid project management core skills, and the ability to handle all the administrative aspects of a project. In addition to client-focused project delivery, Project Managers have the opportunity to support the service group through involvement in process improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Project Management Expertise
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and full project lifecycle (initiation through closeout)
    • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting client satisfaction goals
    • Experience managing Statements of Work (SOW), including scope, budget, and deliverable quality assurance
    • Ability to track and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Leadership & Delivery
    • Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, and application teams
    • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and drive delivery excellence across distributed teams
    • Experience managing vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships across diverse environments
    • Strong decision-making and escalation management skills in high-visibility engagements
  • Client Engagement
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and trust
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels (technical and non-technical)
    • Experience managing client expectations, facilitating meetings, and delivering clear status reporting
  • Financial & Operational Management
    • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking
    • Ability to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level commitments
    • Familiarity with time tracking, resource management, and project financial controls
  • Foundations / Infrastructure Domain (Preferred)
    • Experience delivering infrastructure-focused projects (e.g., network, data center, cloud, security, or digital infrastructure solutions)
    • Understanding of enterprise technology environments and integration across infrastructure domains
  • Tools & Certifications
    • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
    • PMP or equivalent certification preferred or equivalent professional experience.
