About the role

Ready to lead high-visibility projects that shape the future of our business?

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who excels in a structured PMO environment and brings discipline, clarity, and rigor to every initiative. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of major programs-driving adherence to PMO standards, enforcing governance frameworks, managing RAID and change control processes, and ensuring projects advance with transparency and control. You'll lead cross-functional teams through complex, fast-paced delivery cycles, aligning stakeholders, maintaining momentum, and transforming ambiguity into execution-ready plans. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity and elevating project maturity across an organization, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable and lasting impact.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and daily execution to ensure milestones are met.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination by running project meetings, resolving roadblocks, and keeping teams aligned and moving forward.
  • Own RAID management-identifying and tracking risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and leading mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
  • Enforce change control processes, assessing scope impacts, securing approvals, and keeping all change documentation accurate and communicated.
  • Apply consistent project management methodologies, maintain high-quality documentation and KPI reporting, and support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

The experience we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably within a PMO or other structured project environment.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations and managing complex, large-scale project timelines.
  • Background applying process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma), including governance, resource management, and structured reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies and working with MS Project or similar tools for planning and execution.
  • Proven history managing risk, overseeing change control, and delivering projects with strong attention to operational requirements and detail.
