Overview of Responsibilities -
Manage the day-to-day delivery of our iGaming and Sports based products. Manage the project lifecycle from inception to delivery while also implementing processes to drive efficiency.
Essential Job Duties -
- Work closely with the product, internal development and 3rd party development teams to endure timely product releases, facilitate effective communication, and implement processes to increase product efficiencies
- Able to effectively manage the project lifecycle from inception to close.
- Ability to manage and delivery via remote and 3rd party teams from around the world.
- Design, develop, update, and manage the project plan utilizing the appropriate tools, e.g., MSP, Clarity, etc.
- Develop processes and procedures to facilitate efficient product releases
- Manage project schedule and delivery. Establish the project baseline, metrics, and parameters.
- Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage the constraints of the project including but not limited to: cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
- Establish and conduct weekly and monthly status meetings, and other meetings as needed, requested.
- Identify, record, and manage project risks and issues.
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects by applying project management best practices and understanding the objectives and key risks of the business.
- Able to communicate clearly, effectively, on time, and to the correct audience.
- Ensure clarity of project roles and responsibilities with and to the project team.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications -
- 3-5 years of experience in a project management experience managing increasingly complex projects in a technical environment. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communication or another quantitative field preferred.
- Deep understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in one or more PM methodologies, e.g., Waterfall, Agile, etc. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business and with external teams. Ability to work effectively independently as well as in cross-functional teams
- Experience of working with external development teams - our technical partners are based in Europe and therefore remote communication and management are important skills
- Strong communicator - part of the Project Manager's role is to be a proactive voice of the timeline and deliverables. Need someone who is not afraid to deliver bad news if needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality.
- Confident and able to speak out against the crowd and support their opinions with strong reasoning, analysis and evidence. Experience project managing online iGaming and sports products a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and Project tools. PMP, Scrum Master, Six Sigma certification a plus.
