The Position:

Eclipse Automation is seeking a proven Project Manager to join our growing nuclear project management team. Reporting to the PMO Manager, the Project Manager will provide leadership and coordination of project management functions for various divisions, including transportation, consumer goods, life sciences, and electronics.

In this integral and highly visible role, the incumbent will work directly with the applications department, customers and project team to direct project scope and ensure profitability goals are met on time and on budget.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Oversee and manage project schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation across project teams
  • Monitor project scope and communicate changes effectively to project teams, ensuring alignment with contract modifications
  • Collaborate with customers and project teams to create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring that profitability targets are consistently met
  • Work closely with applications and department managers to review new projects, allocating appropriate budgets and resources

What We're Looking For:
  • An educational background in Engineering or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years of experience in a project management role within the nuclear industry
  • Knowledge of structuring resource planning, managing budgets and revenue expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset.
