This individual is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while building strong relationships with owners, general contractors, design teams, and project stakeholders.
Project Executive-level candidates who have demonstrated success leading large-scale programs, mentoring project teams, and driving business growth are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning, budgeting, constructability reviews, scheduling, procurement strategy, staffing, and execution planning.
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and financial objectives.
• Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, billing, change management, and profitability.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, BIM/VDC, procurement, field leadership, commissioning teams, and trade partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify project risks early and develop proactive solutions to maintain schedule certainty and project success.
• Support procurement and coordination of long-lead mechanical equipment and critical project milestones.
• Lead project teams through startup, commissioning, phased turnover, and final owner acceptance.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members while helping develop KSW's future leaders.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across every project.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project financial management, contracts, scheduling, procurement, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring project personnel.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 30, PMP, CCM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Why Join KSW?

• Opportunity to lead landmark mechanical construction projects.
• High visibility with executive leadership and the ability to influence the company's future growth.
• Entrepreneurial culture backed by the strength and stability of Kelso Industries.
