About the team: Our team leads alternative sourcing strategies across categories such as Apparel, Home, Fragrance, Beauty, Optical, and Seasonal. We focus on securing high-quality, trend-aligned products when direct brand partnerships are unavailable. By managing supplier relationships, category plans, and pricing strategies, the team supports Walmart's mission to help members save money and live better. Collaborating cross-functionally, the team ensures effective execution of business plans and maintains strong vendor partnerships. This role requires expertise in vendor and category management, price negotiation, budgeting, and merchandising to deliver value and meet customer needs efficiently.
What you'll do: - Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery within budget.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
