Description

Senior Construction Project Manager

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who is accountable, collaborative, and relentlessly thorough - someone who takes genuine ownership, builds high-performing teams, and holds the line on quality, schedule, and trust.

The title is Senior Project Manager. The real job is owning the outcome from kickoff to closeout - and mentoring the team that owns it with you.

Your Day-to-Day

Lead Projects End-to-End
  • Take full ownership of commercial projects from kickoff through closeout.
  • Drive execution against schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks - no exceptions.
  • Anticipate risk before it becomes a problem and make decisions that protect the project.

Build and Align Your Team
  • Partner closely with superintendents, owners, architects, and internal teams to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
  • Manage contracts, cost controls, documentation, and reporting with precision.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable and communicate proactively - no surprises.

Grow the Business
  • Strengthen client relationships that drive repeat work and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent MCL in the community and contribute to a culture others want to be part of.

The Right Fit

You're a strong fit if you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural preferred).
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with 5+ years in a Project Manager role. Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects and mentoring junior PMs required.
  • Strong command of budgets, contracts, and project controls.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a strong plus.
  • You lead with accountability - you own outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined; cost and schedule are never an afterthought.
  • A collaborative leader who builds trust across teams quickly and committed to safety and quality.

Competitive Compensation Package with benefits including: 100% employer-paid healthcare premiums • Profit sharing & 401(k) with employer contributions • Employer-paid short-term disability • Generous PTO • And more

You don't just manage projects. You own them.

If that speaks to you, let's talk.
