We're looking for a Project Manager who is accountable, collaborative, and relentlessly thorough - someone who takes genuine ownership, builds high-performing teams, and holds the line on quality, schedule, and trust.
The title is Project Manager. The real job is owning the outcome from kickoff to closeout.
Your Day-to-Day
Lead Projects End-to-End
- Take full ownership of commercial projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Drive execution against schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks - no exceptions.
- Anticipate risk before it becomes a problem and make decisions that protect the project.
Build and Align Your Team
- Partner closely with superintendents, owners, architects, and internal teams to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
- Manage contracts, cost controls, documentation, and reporting with precision.
- Hold stakeholders accountable and communicate proactively - no surprises.
Grow the Business
- Strengthen client relationships that drive repeat work and long-term partnerships.
- Represent MCL in the community and contribute to a culture others want to be part of.
The Right Fit
You're a strong fit if you:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural preferred).
- 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with 3+ years in a Project Manager role. Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects a strong plus.
- Strong command of budgets, contracts, and project controls.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a strong plus.
- You lead with accountability - you own outcomes, not just tasks.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined; cost and schedule are never an afterthought.
- A collaborative leader who builds trust across teams quickly and committed to safety and quality.
