Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Manufacturing

The Impact You'll Make

As a SeniorProject Manager within the area of Manufacturing Strategy in the Hydrostatics Division, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing the division's LEAP 2030 footprint strategy. Your primary focus will be leading Hydrostatics' Value Stream process, while also developing and leading larger projects related to localization and footprint optimization.

You'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact by turning strategy to execution while collaborating with and supporting all HY manufacturing plants. We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, collaborating, and building relationships. Whether your experience comes from supply chain, manufacturing, or another project-driven environment, we welcome diverse perspectives and experiences that can help our teams succeed.

This position is flexible to be located in NAM or EU, however preferably attached to a DPS HY location e.g. Ames (US), Freeport (US), Reynosa (MX), Neumuenster (DE), Povazska-Bystrica (SK).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead Hydrostatics' Value Stream Management Process to ensure E2E strategy definition and execution
  • Own Hydrostatics' Global Capacity Planning Tool & Process
  • Define and lead localization and footprint optimization projects
  • Support E2E manufacturing process optimization and alignment across twelve HY manufacturing plants
  • Collaborate with colleagues across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and portfolio management, creating alignment and momentum around shared objectives.
  • Guide project planning, timelines, resources, and risk management, helping teams deliver with confidence and transparency.
  • Communicate project progress and key decisions clearly, building trusted partnerships across functions, locations, and leadership levels.


What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of success managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or product-focused environment.
  • Experience working closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams, with a solid understanding of their priorities, processes, and business impact.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization and across all regions.
  • Experience with business systems such as SAP, PLM, or similar tools, along with strong analytical skills and an interest in using AI and digital tools to improve work efficiency.
