A Senior Project Manager leads complex, high-value implementation projects from sales handover through final acceptance, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the strategic partner for customers and internal teams, driving solution alignment, commercial performance, and operational excellence. The Senior PM manages multi-stakeholder projects, negotiates change orders, ensures strong financial outcomes, and provides leadership across engineering, software, supply chain, and service. They also mentor project managers, improve processes and tools, and contribute to organizational growth in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Your tasks

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large, complex implementation projects from sales handover through final acceptance. This role manages all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. It requires coordination across engineering, software, supply chain, installation partners, and service teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with customer requirements.

The Senior Project Manager provides strategic input during the sales phase, supports solution development, and ensures structured transitions between sales, realization, and service. Responsibilities include financial oversight, forecasting, margin protection, change order negotiation, and proactive risk management. The role also contributes to organizational development by mentoring project managers, improving project tools and processes, and supporting governance standards.
