JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading K-12 public school and higher education construction projects, including ground-up construction, renovations, additions, and campus expansion initiatives. Serving as the primary point of contact for owners, school districts, universities, architects, consultants, and subcontractors, this role oversees all aspects of project delivery, including team leadership, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager provides strategic oversight to project teams, fosters strong client relationships, and ensures successful project outcomes while promoting CPPI's mission, vision, and core values.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a strong preference for K-12 public school and/or higher education projects.
  • Experience managing ground-up construction, renovations, additions, and campus expansion projects preferred.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve complex issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Support business development efforts by fostering relationships within the education construction market.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including punch list completion, turnover documentation, warranty management, and owner training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
