Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Intercompany to support global ERP transformation initiatives, including the One ERP implementation and LEAP 2030 growth strategy. This role will focus on standardizing and improving intercompany processes across a global landscape, bridging business and IT to ensure alignment across systems, data, and operations. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, improving data quality, and enabling a more digital and customer-centric organization.

This is a remote or onsite position, with travel, an we welcome applicants from all countries worldwide. Though, preferable locations are Ames, Iowa, USA; Haiyan, China; Nordborg, Denmark; and Neumûnster, Germany.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, M&A integrations, and required system or data changes
• Drive the shift to hybrid intercompany models and align buying and selling entities globally
• Act as a key link between business units, IT, and program teams across divisions
• Coordinate deployment and cutover activities to support successful go-live
• Work with IT and integration teams to ensure stable cross-system intercompany processing
• Monitor and improve the reliability and performance of intercompany operations
• Communicate process and system changes clearly to support stakeholder understanding and adoption
• Drive alignment through structured communication, documentation, training, and global standards
• Support end-to-end intercompany processes across setup, order handling, delivery, invoicing, and integration
• Work with integration tools and analyze data to support operational decisions
• Analyze current intercompany processes and define scalable TO-BE designs aligned with the One ERP template
• Ensure high-quality data migration and validate end-to-end test scenarios

You will join projects like One ERP implementation in DPS, footprint projects, M&A projects and business optimization projects with focus on implementing and continuously improving intercompany processes across multiple flow types (PO-SO, STO, third-party). Key in the role is to bridge business and IT, ensuring alignment of process design, data, system architecture and clear business processes.

You will act as a key enabler of DPS' ambition to become a digital, data-driven, and customer-centric organization, contributing directly to improved operational excellence, data quality, and global collaboration.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within ERP transformation environments
• Strong expertise in end-to-end intercompany processes and system setup
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with ERP implementations, data migration, and M&A integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EDI, integrations, and middleware solutions
• Experience working in global or multinational environments
