The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead high-impact commercial data center construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with our clients• strategic goals, timeline, and budget. This role requires a deep blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on project management to drive operational success and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

What you will do?
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using scheduling software Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, product managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to create and manage project workflow.
  • Analyze project progress and identify any potential delays or issues, recommending solutions to maintain project schedules.
  • Conduct regular status meetings to monitor project timelines and update stakeholders on progress.
  • Prepare reports to communicate project scheduling status to management and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and project specifications in all scheduling processes.
  • Coordinate with procurement and resource management to ensure timely availability of materials and labor.
  • Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and concerns.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree four-year college or university; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques.
  • Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
