About the RoleAs a Senior Project Manager I, you will lead medium-to-large, complex projects and strategic initiatives that have enterprise-wide impact. You will partner across multiple functions to drive alignment, manage delivery excellence, and ensure successful execution of key business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making, navigate ambiguity, and help shape project management best practices while delivering meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact.
- Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals.
- Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide executive-level communication and reporting.
- Influence decision-making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.
- Ensure project performance tracking through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.
- Support go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch optimization (as applicable).
Requirements- Experience: 5-9+ years of project management experience, preferably within complex, cross-functional or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing changing priorities, challenging timelines, and resource constraints.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Experience leveraging AI tools within project management practices.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
