This role is instrumental in maintaining and developing client relationships, taking the business development lead when necessary, and assembling RFQs and RFPs. Skills & Qualifications• Degree in the field of Construction Science or Engineering are preferred, however not required
• 8-10 years of experience in ground up commercial construction, ground up experience in
High Rise, Multifamily, Hotel or Office• Experience with scheduling software as Primavera & Procore is preferred
• Experience on projects that utilized technologies such as digital plan rooms, BIM or laser scanning
• Preconstruction leadership on potential or negotiated projects
