Senior Project Manager, Global Enterprise Affairs Command Center
The GEA Command Center is looking for an innovative, multitasking, and self-motivated Project Manager to join its Operations team focused on Well Managed Delivery. In this exciting role, you will lead projects and programs to drive operational excellence, manage through change, and enable delivery of EA’s strategic priorities. You will be part of a centralized, highly collaborative team that provides critical core services and trusted advisory to leaders and teams across the GEA organization.
General Responsibilities:
Lead ad hoc projects and ongoing programs to drive operational efficiency and well-managed delivery in close collaboration with Chiefs of Staff and key enterprise partners
Analyze data and effectively communicate findings to GEA leaders to inform decision making
Assist Chiefs of Staff and GEA leaders with strategic planning, including financial and resource planning, and change management
Develop and support reporting to ensure GEA is well-managed
Identify and implement process improvements and drive compliance with best practices
Create and measure success metrics and monitor progress toward goals
The Successful Candidate will:
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to quickly put structure in place to gather information and use data to influence business decisions
Demonstrate outstanding communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively across teams and organizations
Have the ability to multitask with simultaneous projects and tasks, while demonstrating urgency, prioritization, and ownership to drive work toward completion
Possess exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and results orientation
Be self-motivated and able to react seamlessly to changes in priorities and delivery focus
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor27s degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination
Relevant coursework or experience in finance, accounting, business, economics or mathematics
Relevant project or process management certifications

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate27s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
