You will lead cross-functional coordination with Galtra's engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to manage submittals, production milestones, and installation readiness. The role requires disciplined documentation, strong technical alignment, and the ability to manage multiple large, simultaneous projects, including multimillion-dollar efforts.

This role carries direct accountability for schedule, quality, risk, and partner performance across high velocity data center programs. You will drive manufacturability alignment with engineering, oversee supplier execution, and maintain a clean operating baseline to keep programs on track.

  • Develop detailed project schedules, scopes, and resource plans.
  • Track milestones from design through manufacturing, FAT, shipment, and closeout.
  • Manage budgets, forecast costs to complete, and identify variance drivers.
  • Direct weekly project meetings and maintain clear action, decision, and risk logs.
  • Lead critical path management and escalate risks early with actionable mitigation.

Design Coordination

  • Lead early design integration to ensure engineering outputs align with project requirements.
  • Review submittals and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage revisions, design freezes, and cross-functional information flow.
  • Validate manufacturability and vendor capability alignment with engineering.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration

  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Director on procurement, vendor readiness, and lead times.
  • Plan and oversee factory acceptance testing (FAT), review test data, and manage punch list closure.
  • Monitor fabrication progress, logistics scheduling, and shipment tracking.
  • Hold suppliers accountable to schedule and quality commitments, escalating when needed.

Client & Partner Interface

  • Serve as primary project contact for OEMs, fabricators, and clients.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status updates with schedule, cost, and risk summaries.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and approval cycles.
  • Lead effective handoffs between design, manufacturing, and customer installation teams.

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain project dashboards and trackers using Microsoft Lists and SharePoint.
  • Track KPIs such as schedule adherence, cost variance, and supplier performance.
  • Support Galtra's standardized meeting cadence (operations, steering, executive reviews).
  • Capture lessons learned and feed continuous improvement into SOPs and templates.
  • Maintain configuration control for scope, schedule, cost, and documentation.

Documentation & Quality

  • Manage submittal logs, document control, and drawing version history.
  • Ensure O&M manuals, redlines, and turnover packages are complete and archived.
  • Track compliance with NDAs, insurance, and contractual deliverables.
  • Ensure quality checkpoints are met at factory and field stages before progression.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years managing complex MEP, modular manufacturing, or data center projects.
  • Experience managing multiple large, concurrent projects with overlapping schedules.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or similar), Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage fast moving programs with high accountability and limited margin for error.
