Senior Project ManagerTN, NashvilleAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead retail operations projects and help drive growth across new and existing accounts. Partnering closely with the Director of Retail Execution, you'll coordinate team scheduling and resource allocation while supporting client presentations, grand openings, new account launches and upgrades, and acquisition transitions. You'll oversee retail installations, merchandising, and promotional activities, visit accounts to build lasting client relationships, and conduct location inspections and inventory audits to confirm company standards are met. On the analytical side, you'll review daily and weekly financial reports to monitor client satisfaction, data integrity, spoilage, sales collection accuracy, and labor costs, and maintain retail operating systems that guide replenishment, merchandising, and inventory levels. You'll collaborate with branch and division leadership to uphold quality, cleanliness, plan-o-gram compliance, and customer service across every location.

Key Responsibilities - Reports to the Retail Support team and coordinates scheduling and allocation of team resources in partnership with the Director of Retal Execution.
- Supports retail growth activities including client presentations, grand openings, new account openings and upgrades, and acquisition transitions.
- Coordinates and executes retail installations, merchandising, and promotional activities in new and existing accounts, and visits accounts to maintain strong client relationships.
- Conducts location inspections and inventory audits to verify compliance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, plan-o-gram, customer service, and policies.
- Reviews daily and weekly retail financial reports to monitor client satisfaction, data integrity, spoilage rates, sales collection accuracy, and labor cost control.
- Maintains retail operating systems to company program standards, using reports to drive proper replenishment, merchandising, and inventory levels.
- Collaborates with branch/division leadership on standards adherence, attends staff meetings, performs merchandiser specialist and warehouse duties as needed, and escalates any information affecting account retention to Senior Management.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
- Must be able to travel frequently with frequent overnight stays.
