Position Overview

Tract is seeking a results-oriented Senior Project Manager, Energy Development to join our growing Energy team.

This is a high-impact execution role supporting the SVP of Energy Development across a growing portfolio of energy development projects. Reporting directly to the SVP, this individual will drive execution across multiple parallel workstreams while improving the speed, rigor, and consistency with which projects advance.

The successful candidate will coordinate complex internal and external activities across permitting, interconnection, fuels and related infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, development planning, commercial progression, and financing alignment. This role is responsible for advancing projects on scope, schedule, and risk while improving visibility across active workstreams and preparing decision-quality materials for executive leadership.

Because this is a rapidly growing function supporting an expanding portfolio, the ideal candidate is comfortable shifting between strategic planning and hands-on project execution in an entrepreneurial environment.

If you're ready to help shape the future of energy infrastructure and data centers, Tract is the place to be.

Key Responsibilities
• Support multiple concurrent energy development projects from early-stage screening through key commercial and development milestones.
• Build and maintain integrated project schedules, milestone trackers, action-item logs, and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate workstreams across Engineering, Land Strategy, Environmental, Legal, Finance, Tax, Construction, External Affairs, consultants, utilities, regulators, and commercial partners.
• Track critical path activities, project dependencies, key decisions, and risks while proactively escalating issues requiring resolution.
• Support development planning across permitting, interconnection, fuels and related infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, contract progression, and financing readiness.
• Manage recurring project operating rhythms, including agendas, meeting materials, meeting notes, follow-up actions, and portfolio reporting.
• Prepare executive-ready project summaries, decision memos, briefing materials, stage-gate documentation, and risk registers.
• Support the SVP of Energy Development with internal approval packages, management presentations, and go/no-go recommendations.
• Coordinate external consultants and development partners, including scope management, schedule tracking, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Help ensure technical scope, commercial terms, stakeholder commitments, and financing considerations remain aligned throughout project development.
• Support meetings with utilities, government agencies, regulators, landowners, fuel counterparties, community stakeholders, and other external partners.
• Maintain project documentation, development records, and document control to support continuity and informed decision-making.
• Help develop standardized project controls, reporting tools, operating procedures, and best practices that support long-term growth of the Energy Development function.
