Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives from conception through to successful execution, ensuring strict alignment with leadership objectives and business requirements. You will own the entire project lifecycle-crafting detailed milestone plans, managing resources, maintaining rigorous documentation, and proactively mitigating risks to keep deliverables on schedule. A natural collaborator and relationship-builder, you will seamlessly navigate complex organizational dynamics to align cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and secure buy-in from senior executives and stakeholders. Beyond day-to-day project execution, you will serve as a trusted advisor, regularly presenting performance metrics to steering committees while championing continuous process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate projects based on strategic objectives set by leadership and business requirements
  • Drive high-impact transformation programs from initial agreement through to completion
  • Develop project and communication plans, mapping out milestones, resource needs, and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project launches and alignment with goals
  • Monitor project progress closely, adjusting plans as needed to keep deliverables on schedule
  • Identify project risks and blockers early, implementing practical solutions to resolve them
  • Generate and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, team members, and stakeholders
  • Regularly present project updates and performance metrics to senior executives and steering committees
  • Navigate complex organizational situations, resolve conflicts, and facilitate alignment across teams
  • Drive continuous process and project improvements across the organization

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, high-priority initiatives


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong capability to navigate organizational change, manage resistance, and guide teams through ambiguous situations
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and building alignment across cross-functional project teams
  • Proficiency with standard project and change management tools, methodologies, and frameworks

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year
