About the Role:

You will oversee the program associated with our global digital transformation efforts and ensure coordination across projects. Working with the Member Platform Committee (MPC) and the Director - Digital Product Management, you will ensure projects align with our strategic goals and meet the required criteria. You will ensure delivery through Agile practices, change management and partner engagement. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and use a Hybrid work schedule. You will line manage a Project Manager.

You Will:
  • Lad program management for a global digital transformation program. This program encompasses customer-facing and enterprise-wide programs, including website modernization, enhanced member/student experiences, and the integration of systems to support finance, operations, and data management.
  • Set up governance structures to oversee the program progress. Ensure compliance with global standards, policies, and regulatory requirements for both company and third-party teams.
  • Align program goals with enterprise strategy and executive leadership priorities.
  • Support executive and board-level communications and reporting.
  • Organize and facilitate all program-level meetings incorporating Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Technical Leads. Work with IT leadership and technical teams to ensure architectural understanding, data integrity, and security compliance.
  • Develop a program plan establishing the goals, roadmaps, timelines, budgets and indicators.
  • Champion Agile methodologies delivering incremental value throughout the journey through iterative delivery, continuous improvement processes and adaptive planning.
  • Identify program risks and lead risk assessment and risk mitigation efforts to ensure program stays on track. Coordinate dependencies between programs.
  • Together with the Organizational Change team, develop a change strategy to improve adoption and engage/influence partners at all levels up to C-suite
  • Maintain a comprehensive change management plan and integrate it into the program plan. Track adoption Indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts.
  • Ensure mechanisms are in place to strengthen and sustain the change. Support continuous improvement efforts post-implementation.


You Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years' experience as a project manager or program manager for a major global digital transformation project
  • Experience managing teams and managing third-party vendor delivery of digital transformation programs.
  • PMP or Prince2 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and leading development programs using both Agile and Waterfall

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $105k - $130k
