Senior Project Manager (Digital Experience)
Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital experience projects from planning through execution. This role is responsible for managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver project objectives within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Establish project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Coordinate resources, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to support project delivery.
  • Monitor project financials, forecasts, and actual costs, providing regular status updates and recommendations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and ensure project outcomes meet business needs.
  • Drive effective communication across project teams, leadership, clients, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support business case development, benefits tracking, and realization of project objectives.
  • Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adoption of project management best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on digital experiences, digital products, websites, mobile applications, or related initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Understanding of digital technologies, UX principles, web and mobile development, CMS platforms, and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage project metrics and KPIs to drive improvements.
  • PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

The annual salary range for this position is $ 99,500- $140,000 annually. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
