Senior Specialist, Project Execution - Project Manager

Responsibilities

Join a high-visibility team supporting large-scale data center construction and infrastructure projects for one of the world's leading hyperscale technology companies. This project manager role is responsible for managing major, multi-year projects that directly impact customer operations and business outcomes. You will serve as the primary project leader, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, customer engagement, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Own and manage large-scale data center infrastructure projects from order intake through final delivery and closeout.
  • Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project completion.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing representative, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead customer communications, project reviews, status updates, and executive-level discussions.
  • Coordinate effectively with engineering, construction, procurement, service, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive safety compliance and promote a strong culture of operational excellence throughout project execution.

Preferred qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree required, PMP preferred
  • 8-12+ years of project management experience, preferably within data centers, critical infrastructure, construction, utilities, industrial, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated experience owning the complete project lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, long-duration projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations, deliver difficult messages, influence outcomes, and build long-term relationships.
  • Experience working directly with customers, contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and risk management principles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, drive accountability, and achieve results independently.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Strategic mindset balanced with a hands-on approach to execution.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
