Full Job Description
We9re looking for an energetic, self-motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Financial Services account team in Charlotte. You9ll manage multiple projects simultaneously across the region, ensuring they meet goals for speed to market, data quality, and budget.

In this role, you9ll focus on project needs while coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders. You9ll also support team initiatives for process improvement and career development. Experience with Financial Services tenant upfits and retail banking is preferred but not required.

What You9ll Do

Project Management
  • Plan and oversee multiple projects including security, signage, decommissions, ADA compliance, ATM installations, major renovations, and tenant improvements
  • Manage projects from start to finish: identification, design, planning, approvals, permits, construction, and financial closeout
  • Take full accountability for end-to-end project delivery

Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, property management, real estate brokers, environmental consultants, and client technology teams
  • Develop risk management plans and guide teams through work authorization processes to protect critical environments and equipment

Communication & Reporting
  • Provide weekly updates on project schedules, budgets, and risks to your Team Lead or Regional Manager
  • Update client project management systems regularly
  • Prepare accurate documentation: project charters, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, funding requests, status reports, and punch lists

Vendor Management
  • Oversee general contractors, architects, engineers, security, signage vendors, and other partners
  • Ensure full compliance with project policies and procedures
  • Complete formal project closeouts within 60 days of completion


What You9ll Need

Required:
  • Bachelor9s degree (engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred)
  • 7+ years of project management experience in design and construction
