Qualifications

• 8-10 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of managing high-impact projects with diverse stakeholders
• Strong skills in project financial management and cost reconciliation
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and expectations
• Proficiency in leadership and team development
• Excellent communication abilities at management level
• Familiarity with industry standard codes such as ASME and OSHA is a plus
• Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office and project management software

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and control project schedules and costs, addressing variances
• Interpret and review customer specifications and contract requirements
• Draft and issue Project Change Orders based on project needs
• Communicate project status updates to customers and team members
• Oversee project phases including Design, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Installation
• Guide technical problem-solving and provide resolutions
• Manage purchasing requirements and vendor progress
• Handle customer invoicing and follow up on overdue payments
• Adhere to company procedures for processes and documentation
• Maintain project management tools and best practices
• Prepare and present reviews of ongoing projects
• Mentor junior staff to assist in their professional development
